KaleoIntel User Agreement and Disclosure

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, using, or submitting any information to the KaleoIntel website, services, or AI-assisted reports (collectively, the "Service"), you (the "User") agree to be bound by this User Agreement (the "Agreement") and all incorporated policies, including our Privacy Policy. This Agreement forms a legally binding contract between you and KaleoIntel, LLC (a Montana limited liability company). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. Your continued use constitutes ongoing acceptance.

2. User Obligations and Restrictions

As a user, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, non-proprietary data for AI processing
  • Not use the Service for illegal activities, harassment, spam, or reverse-engineering
  • Acknowledge that reports are AI-generated summaries for informational use only — WE CATCH RISKS, YOU CHECK THEM

Prohibited behaviors include: Uploading harmful code, misrepresenting data, relying on reports as professional advice, or reselling outputs without consent.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, AI algorithms, reports, summaries, and trademarks are owned by KaleoIntel, LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

4. Termination Clause

We may terminate your access immediately for breach of this Agreement. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you cease immediately.

5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Montana. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Montana. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits. Before initiating arbitration, you agree to contact us for a 30-day good-faith negotiation period.

6. Payment and Billing

Payments are processed via Stripe. All payments are non-refundable except for reports that fail to be delivered. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

7. Privacy Policy

We collect minimal data necessary for Service delivery. We do not sell your data. GDPR and CCPA rights apply where applicable. See our full Privacy Policy for details.

Service provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES (EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR COMPLETENESS). NO GUARANTEES that reports are error-free. NOT A PROFESSIONAL INSPECTION OR ADVICE; consult licensed experts before making decisions.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

WE ASSUME ZERO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES (DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE) ARISING FROM SERVICE USE. TOTAL LIABILITY CAPPED AT THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK — WE CATCH RISKS, YOU CHECK THEM.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KaleoIntel, LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or breach of this Agreement.

9. Miscellaneous

If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and KaleoIntel regarding the Service.
